Pain : The Baptism of Fire

​Watch as everything is torn apart

And burned to the ground

From the first spark of life to the final breath of death

Everything returns to dust

I am the one feeding the fire

I am burning my life like a candle

At both ends until there is nothing left but smoke

Choke on the ashes and be washed clean by the flame You are nothing more than what you have always been

I will wash the world in fire

I will cover the earth in my own sadness and sickness

I feel no guilt, only a deep, burning anger

I will soak the world in fuel and let it burn

In this fire, there is no sin and no pain

Because everything ends the same way

Like a fallen angel, I am dropping from the sky

Watching the horizon ignite

I hope this destruction

Will finally fills the hollow hole in my chest
